I have advised and consulted for Fortune 500, NASDAQ, FTSE 100 and other listed and private companies, as well as in governments around the world.

Artificial Intelligence for Leaders and Organisations
I advise leaders on how to navigate the opportunities and risks of AI—particularly generative AI—in strategic, ethical, and evidence-based ways. Drawing on cutting-edge research and practical examples, I help organisations understand how AI can be used to augment decision-making, enhance creativity, and design fairer systems, while avoiding common pitfalls such as bias, over-reliance, or loss of human accountability. My talks and workshops equip executives with the tools and frameworks they need to lead confidently in an AI-enabled world.

I work with organisations to design and implement behavioural strategies that improve hiring, leadership, inclusion, and team performance. My approach blends behavioural science with field-tested interventions, helping organisations move from intention to action—whether they are looking to reduce bias in recruitment, build inclusive cultures, or align performance management with long-term impact. Through advisory work and interactive keynotes, I support leaders in creating evidence-based change that unlocks the full potential of their people.
